We regret to inform you that due to heavy Christmas load we are Temporarily Unable to Handle Unusual High Volume of Calls and Emails. However, you can email us, and we will try to get back to you as soon as we can. You are also requested to note that the status updates are not real time and it can be difficult to pin point the status of any order during peak load days like Christmas. In case you concern is about "Delivery Not Being Within a Specified Time Frame", you are requested to note that we only guarantee delivery on a specified date and not within a specified time frame and we have already stated the same on each and every product description page as well (Desired Delivery Date Applies Only If The Order Was Placed Before Christmas Cut-Off). You are also requested not to panic as deliveries usually go until late night during Christmas Season. If you placed your order after our Cut-Off, we will try to deliver it on your specified date but in case we are unable to deliver the same the order will be delivered on the next available delivery date, Anytime Between 26th-28th December without seeking any approval for the same.
